I have been a practicing attorney for 39 years. I graduated from Boston College summa cum laude with a BA in political science in 1975 and am a member of Omicron Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa. I graduated magma cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1979 and was a second-year member on the Law Review. After two years in the corporate finance department of Csaplar & Bok of Boston, I joined the law firm of Ducharme, Moriarty, Rainaud & Wilson in Holyoke, and later became an associate and then partner in Moriarty & Wilson of Holyoke. I have experience in litigation in all trial courts and in multiple fields of law.
In 1992, I started my own legal practice, and in 2005 formed the law firm Moriarty & Neves LLP in Holyoke, Massachusetts. In November of 2014, I opened a solo practice and now practice at 480 Hampden Street, Holyoke, MA 01040. I have practiced in the Probate and Family Courts of the Commonwealth for the past 30 years. I bring many years of experience in the successful negotiation and drafting of divorce separation and other agreements. I am a past member of the Hampden County Probate and Family Court Bench/Bar Committee. I received my mediation training from Divorce Mediation Training Associates of Wellesley, Massachusetts.
